Service Agreement
By scheduling a service with Routine Wrench LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Our mobile oil change services are provided at the location specified by you during scheduling.
Pricing
Our standard service (labor) fee starts at $99. Final pricing based on:
- Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
- Oil capacity requirements
- Type of oil requested
- Additional services requested
You will be informed of the final price before service begins.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Appointments are confirmed via email or messages. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to be present at the scheduled time may result in a no-show fee.
Service Location Requirements
The service location must provide:
- Safe, level surface for the vehicle
- Adequate space for our technician to work
- Legal parking for the duration of the service
Liability
Routine Wrench LLC is not liable for pre-existing vehicle conditions, mechanical failures unrelated to our service, or damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer regarding their vehicle.
Payment
Payment is due upon service completion. We accept cash and digital payment methods.
